Welcome. I’m really glad you’re here.

Call Your Power Back is an online course / workshop created for those moments when you start to feel a quiet nudge inside—like there’s more of you waiting to be met. More truth. More ease. More freedom.

This space isn’t about fixing you. You are already whole, worthy, and enough exactly as you are. Truly.

What this course offers is support, reflection, and tools to help you remember your power, reconnect with yourself, and learn how to move through life with more clarity and self-trust.

If you’re new to inner work, or just starting to feel curious about your emotional world, you’re in the right place. I’ll guide you gently, honestly, and at your pace. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced.

Together, we’ll explore and expand into things like:

  • Meeting yourself where you are
    Letting go of the need to be “further along” and learning how to soften into your current reality.

  • Getting to know all parts of you
    The joyful parts, the messy parts, the quiet parts — all of it belongs.

  • Holding both light and shadow
    Learning how to sit with experiences without labeling them as good or bad, and finding the growth hidden inside them.

  • Shifting perspective
    Gently asking, “How might this be here for me?” instead of against you.

  • Doing the inner work (without overwhelm)
    Simple practices that help you tune inward, reflect, and build a stronger relationship with yourself.

  • Letting go of what’s heavy
    Releasing patterns, beliefs, and emotional weight that you’re ready to put down.

  • Finding the lessons meant for you
    Not forcing meaning — just noticing what wants to be integrated.

  • Practicing presence
    Coming back into your body, your breath, and this moment — again and again.

  • Integrating who you’re becoming
    Letting these shifts show up naturally in your everyday life.

  • Living in your power — with all of you
    Not just the “good” parts. Every part gets a seat at the table.

  • Letting yourself shine
    Not in a performative way — but in a grounded, honest, embodied way.
