In this section, we’ll explore the importance of creating and nurturing your own safe space. *This section serves as a foundational space you can return to anytime you need throughout the course. We've included how to set the tone for your space in an emotional way as well as a pleasure-full way.
A safe space serves as a sanctuary where you can connect with yourself on a deeper level, free from judgment or shame. It’s a place that allows you to embrace growth, navigate discomfort, and sit with your fears instead of running from them.
Having this space also helps you regulate your nervous system and self-soothe during moments of emotional overwhelm or triggering experiences. And, in this space is where you can feel more freedom to expand.
Beyond that, it encourages the practice of prioritizing time for yourself, supporting habit-building that fosters self-care and emotional well-being as well as deep (and playful) exploration!

Understanding and creating a connection with yourself is a vital step in cultivating joy and pleasure in life. By deepening your awareness of who you are, you lay the foundation for a more authentic and fulfilling existence. This self-awareness acts as a roadmap to pleasure, helping you identify and honor your needs, which then opens doors to personal growth and the expansion of your desires.
When you take care of your own needs, you create the freedom to build a life that truly fits you. This practice strengthens your relationship with yourself, enabling you to approach external relationships from a place of truth and alignment. Over time, the fear of being alone diminishes as you grow more comfortable and content with your own presence.
This phase transitions from Module 1, supporting you in moving from self-discovery to creating a life that reflects your inner truth, fostering joy, connection, and the freedom to live authentically. *Reminder that you can go back and use the grounding exercises before diving into this module.

In this section, we’ll explore how to experience profound pleasure and joy, both sexually and non-sexuallly. Pleasure is not just about indulgence but about allowing yourself to thrive—creating space for relaxation, connection, and the full experience of life’s offerings. By deepening your understanding of pleasure, you can tap into a greater sense of fulfillment and joy.

In this section, we’ll explore the concept of “deserve level” and why it’s crucial to raise it in order to create a more empowered, fulfilling life. Your deserve level is the internal standard you set for yourself when it comes to what you believe you are worthy of receiving—whether it’s love, success, or joy. Raising this level is a freeing and liberating process that empowers you to embrace your independence and build greater confidence.
As you elevate your sense of what you deserve, you also strengthen your ability to advocate for yourself and create the life you truly want. Self-advocation beginning in the bedroom, trickles out into multiple facets of your life (career, romantic relationships, friendships, finances and life).This shift opens up the flow of sexual and creative energy, allowing your desires to manifest more easily. Additionally, it fosters a healthy expressiveness, where you can authentically share your needs, desires and dreams with the world.
This section marks the transition from the first half of the course, where you move from self-discovery to actively creating and embodying a life that aligns with your highest potential. ~3-4 hours.
Throughout the course so far, you've done exceptional work diving into who you are, prioritizing pleasure (sexual and non-sexual), understanding and raising your deserve level, actively communicating your needs and practicing receiving. Now you're ready to combine these aspects together, connect to your true purpose or calling, align with your authentic self and step into your power.
In this section, we dive into the power of freeing and liberating yourself, embracing independence, and how these elements directly contribute to your confidence. This connection not only strengthens your confidence but also facilitates the flow of creation energy, allowing you to bring your desires and dreams into existence. By recognizing and embracing your truth, you unlock the potential to live a life that is not only empowered but aligned with your deepest passions and aspirations. ~3-4 hours.
